Okay, so you guys keep me honest. Still no running. Haven't ran in two weeks!! Good thing for StrollerFit class or I would be one big ball of unfit mess! I keep bouncing back in forth between this isn't the right time to try to train for a 1/2 to yes, yes I can do it! Just depends on the week I guess. This week I have decided that it's just not the time. I have so much going on right now and something needs to give. That something is running. Now, I know we have been down this road before so I am guessing that this means next week I'll be a running addict again! Seems once I give in and tell myself it's okay to ease up...I hit full force! We'll see!!!
